Terms of service
PROCESSING TIME:
We will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible! The time needed to prepare an order for shipment can vary. Generally, orders will ship out within 1-3 business days.Â
SHIPPING TIMES:
Within North America, you can expect shipments to take 5-7 business days after our processing time. When the order ships you will receive a tracking number for your package. Once the package is scanned into the post office system, they are responsible for how long the order will take to arrive to customers. Actual delivery time depends upon the postal service and Wild Petal Home is not responsible for any delays or failed deliveries of your items.Â
For parcels that are deemed lost or are significantly delayed, the buyer will need to contact the postal service directly to raise the issue. Wild Petal Home is not liable for late or undelivered items provided that a valid proof of shipment and a valid tracking number have been issued.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Wild Petal Home is not responsible for delays due to customs.
NATURE OF PRODUCT:
Customers of Wild Petal Home agree that handmade items can have minor imperfections. These do not in any way affect the performance of our products.
